Due to the nature of our handcrafted and fashion products, SUKUNJ does not accept returns or provide refunds. We only offer exchanges subject to the terms mentioned below.

Exchanges
7-Day Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with all original tags, packaging, accessories, and invoices, wherever applicable.
- Products showing signs of use, alteration, damage, stains, perfume, makeup, or washing will not be eligible for exchange.
- Exchange requests are subject to quality inspection and approval by SUKUNJ.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Please note: SUKUNJ does not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.
After verification, SUKUNJ may offer an exchange or suitable resolution at its discretion.
Damage caused after delivery due to usage, alteration, washing, improper handling, or lack of care will not be considered a manufacturing defect.
Made-to-Order & Special Sizes
Made-to-Measure (MTM) garments and sizes above 46 are processed strictly on a prepaid basis.
These orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.
International Orders
We currently do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on international orders.
Customers placing international orders are requested to carefully review the product description, measurements, size guide, fabric details, and other product information before placing an order.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
For international shipments:
- Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and other local charges applicable in the destination country shall be borne entirely by the customer.
- Such charges are payable directly to the courier, customs authority, or other applicable authority.
- SUKUNJ is not responsible for these charges and they are non-refundable.
Product Disclaimer
Embroidery & Fabric
Our products may feature intricate embroidery, handcrafted details, and delicate fabrics. Minor variations in embroidery, texture, weave, or finish may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the products. Such variations are not considered defects.
Size & Fit
Fit may vary depending on the design, fabric, and silhouette of the garment.
Customers are advised to carefully check the size guide and measurements provided on the product page before placing an order.
Minor measurement variations may occur due to hand-finishing and the nature of the fabric.
Colour Variation
We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to:
- Screen and monitor settings
- Photography lighting
- Device display settings
- Image resolution
Such variations do not qualify as product defects and are not eligible for exchange.
Wash & Care
Dry Clean Only, unless otherwise specified.
Customers must follow the care instructions provided on the product tag or product description. SUKUNJ will not be responsible for damage caused by improper washing, cleaning, ironing, storage, or general misuse.
Payment & Transaction Disputes
SUKUNJ is not responsible for payment failures or declined transactions resulting from bank limits, payment gateway issues, card restrictions, or authorisation failures.
Any transactional disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
